Site Is Slow To Load at every Click

I second everyone who says "less white space". The old forum could be seen as ugly, but it was efficient in speed and space usage. Cheers.

Agreement for sale where seller waits for his equity!

David, can you elaborate on how you set up the insurance? Do you take out your own policy on top of the seller`s, with you as loss payable? Typically the loss payable is whoever is on title / mortgage, so I`m unclear how to insure an AFS. Cheers,

What do you think of Mayor-Elect Nenshi?

Godfried, The same problem exists if you live in the suburbs, does it not? I mean, during rush hours, the roads are jammed. Outside of rush hour, the roads are fine, and so are the trains. Marc. PS: The text editor for replying on this board is quirky, it doesn`t let me move the cursor around...

    Seller lead in Brooks

Just curious, does the seller happen to have a Quonset with an inground pool on the property?

    Realtor in Red Deer

I`ve used Craig MacKenzie, from Prudential. Looked at many revenue properties, including side-by-side duplexes, when we were up there with him. He`s a REIN member as well. His cell is 403-302-0820

RRSP COURSE SOLD OUT! VALDEN HELP ME!

Greg Habstritt is also coming out with material on RRSP`s. There`s already 3 or 4 recordings as well where he talks about it. Not to knock Valden`s material, but Greg`s might be more up to date with today`s regulations and rules.

Looking for Calgary contractor for basement renovation

That is exactly what my contractor specializes in. His company is Reno By Design, his name is Patrick Labrecque, his number is 403-829-4754. Mention you`re a REIN member. Cheers.

Am I paying too much for carpet?

Thanks for all the replies. I did visit End Of The Roll, and I could have any carpet I wanted there as long as it was brown or beige and either shag or berber. I want a dark green carpet. The fellow at End Of The Roll told me that the price I was quoted was in the balllpark, considering the...

    Bi-weekly rent/option payments?

That will be a lot of post-date cheques! But if it works, why not? Maybe look into setting things up with electronic fund transfers. Cheers.

    Rent to Own Calgary

As much as the headline is "cute", I`m not sure it`s pulling people in. Only 12 views so far on the counter (when I viewed the ad). Maybe play with your headline a bit, try making it more to the point with respect to what the viewer wants, and don`t forget to bump your ad every 2nd day or so...

Am I paying too much for carpet?

Hi all, I am wondering if my quote is in the balllpark: $1006 for 190 square feet, just a living room, no stairs or fancy cutting. The carpet is 2.72 per square feet. Carpet cost is $521.90, install is $437.00. Are these numbers reasonable?

    Thank You Mark Loeffler

QUOTE (markl @ Jan 14 2010, 02:38 PM) A truly amazing feat would be if I could turn Mr. Adam Hoffman on to a different way of investing. Then I could truly move mountains. Sorry Adam I know you will not take offense to that. Mark, judging by Adam`s last post in this thread, I think you moved...

    Thank You Mark Loeffler

I want to publicly thank Mark Loeffler for taking the time to talk with me and answer my rent to own questions. Just this week, I found two JV partners, have 2 RTO deals in the works with tenant/buyers, and a third tenant buyer who contacted me today as well. Suddenly the wheels are turning...

    Opportunity in Ft. McMurray

David, The seller of this property also contacted me through my web site (igottasellfast.com). The property is currently listed on MLS for 244K, with a comment from the realtor that it is priced for a "quick sale", yet another trailer nearby is listed for 234K. I don`t know where the owner...

What if my AFS seller goes bankrupt in the future?

I`m curious as to what the magnitude of this risk is, depending on exactly how much money you put down to close the AFS deal? If you bought the property with an AFS and very little or no money down, is your risk limited to losing the money you put down? If you bought a house that has $100K of...
