Does anyone have any feedback on the Phoenis Real Estate market? My wife and I are looking to purchase a vacation home, and while we are not there use it as a VRBO rental.

Market still rising slowly but massive gains from 2010 are now behind you. Also very weak Can $.

Buy for lifestyle, tougher now for pure investment play, but like anywhere doable with a good understanding of micro locations and what good value is for any given asset type in a ZIP code.

Smart Canadians now cashing out.
