Zoning Description for Grande Prairie

We are entering our data in Rema and we do not know the zoning descriptions for Grande Prairie (in fact, we don`t know the basics about zoning). Could someone help us out? What would be the zoning for a duplex in Mission? Do we need to call the city for that information?

I think we figured it out from searching the Internet.

Whenever you are unsure about the Zoning for a specific property you can simply `invent` a zoning description and use it, then change it to the correct one when you find it.

We think knowing the Zoning of properties you are considering purchasing is very important as the zoning describes what uses the property can be put to.
