I just placed an ad on www.rentfaster.ca and noticed a great new feature called "similar properties". It allows you to compare your property to those around it very easily! Are you priced competitively.....now you know in just a few seconds!

I also just noticed that they are the top Google listing when you type "rent Calgary"

They are very competitively priced and now deliver a free sign per listing! Great value if you ask me.

That`s a handy feature! I wonder if they`ll roll it out to the public so you can potentially apear at the bottom of other people`s ads and vice versa....

I see them at at #2 for `rent calgary`, but I`m also doing it from a computer in Kelowna.

The big question is what keywords are people actually using. Check out the difference in search volume between the two on Google Trends. (Make sure you`re set for Canada if you`re playing with this tool).
