Would like to talk with people this weekend at ACRE who are doing quick turn

My wife and I would like to talk with people from Ontario who are doing Quick Turn . We would like to see how well it is going here. We are wondering if there is enough volume in Ontario to do this full time ?

Hi Tim,

I'll be at ACRE this weekend and I've been doing Quick Turn full time for 3 years. I've mostly done assignments and buy-fix-sells in the past. From my experience there is plenty of money to be made in rehabbing and adding value to properties. Thanks to Ron Legrand, I've recently given focus to seller financing and taking over mortgages... this is newer to me but I see opportunity. Let's talk on the weekend.
