We are looking for Rental Property Buyers NOT JV PartnersWe are looking for Investors Who can obtain Financing (mortages)
What we are doing is selling some of our properties in order to move into larger multi-family deals. In order to due so we need to get the equity out so we can seriously look at those opportunities. It`s just like the game Monopoly, where we are trading 4 green houses for 1 red hotel.
