I am looking for a $40,000 loan to replace a VTB.I am offering a 10% plus an 8% bonus.
The loan will be secured by one of my existing properties in Edmonton on which there is at least $90,000 clear equity. This property has an Agreement For Sale in place, with closing scheduled for December 31, 2009. However, there is a provision, at the Tenant-Buyer`s discretion, to extend the Agreement for two more one year terms, with price increases in each year. The loan will be paid out with the sale of this property.
