If there was ever a top 10 list that made clear the importance of doing research, this might be the one.

I am sure you didn`t see this one coming. But the reason it is important is because all of these high tech jobs pay a good wage, which means these works are living in a home they own or a home they rent in or around that city. So with all of these creative, well paying jobs around these are places that are probably growing and may show themselves to be good places for investment property. But this is just a starting point for that search.
