Hello,
I`m wondering if anyone has experience renting a detached garage in Medicine Hat.
We have a house coming up for rent and I was thinking of renting the garage separately.
If I`m renting to someone who is not the house-tenant, what kind of rent could I expect for a double detached garage with workbench.? Looking on Kijiji, it looks like about $250-300.
Also, is it better to rent it heated or unheated?
Will the garage electricity normally be included with the house electricity? Is there any way of separating it out? Obviously the house tenant wouldn`t want to pay the garage electricity.
