Property Management Software

Good Afternoon;

I'm looking for a software program to help manage my rental property, including tasks like collecting rent, tracking payment history, paying bills, managing accounts, and consolidating all that info come tax season. Quicken offers a rental property software that looks ideal, but it's only available in the US. Does anyone know of anything similar for Canadian use, or whether the Quicken US software is compatible with Canadian financial institutions or tax forms? Does anyone have a recommendation about useful software for this application?

While I haven't used this type of property management software personally, I did a search on Google for "canadian property management software" and there were several that appear to operate in Canada.
