I'm looking at doing a conversion in Orillia and was curious what people are having their duplex conversions coming in at for appraised value.

thats sounds great - im in Barrie and work in Orillia - send me some details or if you want what number are you hoping to get. No pressure - i believe that 2nd suiting is a great strategy
