Hi,



Would anyone be willing to provide some advice on finding a Lease-to-Own Tenant/Buyer or Agreement for Sale Buyer?



I've been working pretty diligently at finding quick-turn deals since the October workshop. So... when one of my tenants gave me notice, I decided to try to the "sell side" of the quick turn business. I figured it was a perfect opportunity with a property I already own.



I've advertised on Kijiji...



And Craigslist...



And have posted ads in the building's three bulletin boards, and one at the nearest grocery store.



Any other ideas?
