London ,on property .Sell or hold

Looking for other investors insights on selling verses holding 2 properties in London ,on.We have 2 properties in London which has not seen any growth in past 6 years . Cash flow is neutral ,not positive but we have not seen any growth in terms of price appreciation .What do you say about future of that market or similar markets .Don't see much happening in the city yet .

I have properties in London and the price increases I have seen in the last 5 years are good. About 30% However, I only hold properties with high cash flow. What area do you have these properties? If you are going to sell I suggest doing so now as there is very low inventory and 70% of houses are going for over asking. I am going to keep holding as the Toronto buyers are starting to filter in. They are pushing me out on deals, but it still makes my other investments go up in value.
