It was a slow start however with the help of REIN's information, encouragement, the right people mixed with little ol fashion elbow grease. I was able to turn this mess of a house into an warm inviting home for my new client.

Have a look. I learned a lot about reno's, marketing, and paperwork. A lot about myself in the process.

Barely even on the market and the home was snapped up for rent. (unfurnished) (perhaps I'll be better prepared for lease to own on the next project). Received my price when competition around me was lower.

I would have posted some, however they are just off my little point and shoot.

Imagine rusty brass everywhere with oily grime on every surface inc the
ceiling, dingy stained carpets, and dry wall damage on almost every
wall. That was just the tip of the iceberg. Myself and the folks I
hired restored every single room. There is still so much I wanted to do
simply to make the home a generic slightly above average home (per
value of comparable homes in that area). However money and time were
too much of a factor for me.
