Has anyone looked into creating a group policy for landlords? Many associations, including municipalities go this route to reduce costs. Sometimes an insurer will offer discounted rates when they are certain of a certain volume of business. It is a complicated process, but may be possible

I seem to remember hearing something that Winnie Lee Chus was looking into this...or something similar. I`m not sure where it`s at.
