Does anyone know the vacancy rate in Grande Prairie. I have noticed a lot more jobs on job posting sites for the area and think it may be a good time to buy.

Doesn't look that exciting to me. I don't see where growth is going to happen for the city. Maybe if you have a favorable view of O&G but the price to rent is definitely not that exciting on a yield basis if prices are flat. Super-cyclical city. I don't see big investment rushing back into the province any time soon. Without that I'd expect GP to be pretty flat.
