You will be required to provide cash flow for the construction of the project. This is what I will give back. I will be the builder on the project and will not charge management fees.
A budgets will be provided for review.
We will share the profit 50/50.
Here is an example of a project in 2007 that is currently being built. The construction cost will be $430,250.00. When this add was placed in April 2007 the appraisal was $559,000.00 the rent on the unit like this was $4000.00
