Edmonton`s Strathearn gets go-ahead

A 1,750-unit housing project that will double the population of Strathearn has received the go-ahead from city council.Council voted 12-1 on Thursday in favour of the project on 95th Avenue and 87th Street, ending two days of public hearings and appeals from neighbours opposed to the development.
