Downloading deal packages from

Concerning the classified section of the site. I`m not able to download deal packages available.
I`m certain its because I`m not a member of REIN.

I can understand not being able to post deals but why wouldn`t I be able to download a deal that a REIN member has to offer?

This seems counter productive as I`m sure most REIN members would benefit from having their deals available to the world. Something to consider.
