This happens in Calgary, I got a letter from city about from our neighbor complaints that I am operating Lodging House for my airbnb. I think this is because sometimes our guests happened to park in front of their houses (someone else parked in front of our house) and it is a public street. So the city went down and inspect the airbnb house and ask me to apply for lodging house business license. Does this happen to anyone who operate airbnb ? I called city and left a voice mail. I was wondering can RC1 qualify for commercial land use ? What should i do?
