Being on the Condo Board Paid Off!

I have been on the condo board for three years now at one of my condo's because I have wanted to get insuite laundry in my unit since I purchased it. The old board members were dinosaur like and not open to change. It did not pass at the AGM last year - I had to work and could NOT get it off. But I am glad to say it finally passed last week at the AGM! Yippee! My perseverance paid off. Thanks Thomas Beyer for recommending that if you want something, get on the condo board and get it!
