Does anyone know of a good Financial Planner in the Lower Mainland area (Surrey) that they have had good dealings with?

I am just curious to know if anyone has every tried the New all in one mortgage accounts from Manulife (One Way) or Canadian Tire (One and Only). It looks like it offers a rapid pay down of your mortgage debt but what`s the catch...?

We are trying to decide if we should invest more in the Abbostford area or sell once the Golden Ears Bridge project is competed in 2009. The demand in the lower mainland is so high for housing I would expect that with the addition of the bridge more families who live in condos can move outward...
