I'm new in this business. Generally, I deal with small properties. Now, I'm into a big deal which involves too much cash. This particular customer has asked me to find out a good lender to finance, something which I am not familiar to. I discussed with my partner and he told to arrange them a mortgage broker. I am aware of a mortgage broker named Canada Mortgage Direct here in Calgary. This is a big deal, So I don't want to lose them. If anyone has worked in situations like this, please share how you managed. Some info on the mortgage parties will also be helpful.
