The spreadsheet doesn't work as well for a property you already own as a rental. It is designed for properties you buy for a client to RTO. So unless you are really good at manipulating spreadsheets, it may not be of much use. One should still be available in the member back office.
Also please note RTO is an advanced strategy. While it is simple in theory, it can be complex in execution. Furthermore, it is often difficult to transition a tenant to a tenant-buyer. It's possible, but poses challenges (such as who is responsible for repairs).
