I have personally witnessed the amazing results that this program has had on REIN Members who have graduated from it and used the included coaching.

My only comment is "Wow".... a definite under promise and over-deliver.

Amazing workshop! I loved it and since coming back from Toronto I have taken massive action!
I was inspired and given all the tools necessary to understand and implement the strategies. I've been to a lot of workshops and this is one of the best I've been to!

Alberta's RCP was last year. You may want to consider hopping over to Vancouver to take advantage of this one. One deal done will more than pay for your trip and your tuition. :)

For example, last night I got a newer half-duplex under contract for $352500, with $15000 down, no mortgage qualification required, and $100k in unpaid seller's equity not due for 2 years. According to my realtor's CMA, the recommended purchase price of this property is estimated to be $366k.

Sorry, Clumsy, we don't have any more planned. You can come to BC. One of our most sucessful students from the Toronto course actually lives in Alberta. Brenda is doing amazing!

Sherilynn, you basically did a low equity/no equity deal except they have $100,000! No interest & no payments for 2 years? Good job! So all you have to pay is the mortgage? What is your plan? Rent it out? Will it cash flow? Inquiring minds want to know :)

Hi Donna, I'm seriously thinking about taking this program with my girlfriend!

I'm a new REIN member, no real investment experience yet, just a lot of books read. She is even more of a newbie, afraid all the terms would go over her head. How accessible will it be for her?

But we're excited about taking this and partnering up to hunt for deals and begin building our portfolio on short term creative strategies and funnel them to long term buy and hold.

Yup, I pay the mortgage (and other expenses) and cash them out in 2 years.
We will likely do an RTO because a) two years is a good term for RTO, b) the mortgage has accelerated payments so a regular rental would result in very low cashflow, and c) if I get a $15k option payment, my net investment will be zero. Infinite ROI is not too shabby.
The sellers are getting no payments and no interest, but they needed to sell quickly to avoid carrying costs on a vacant property after they move to their new place in three weeks. They also avoid the stress of selling, and they'll clear the same amount as if they had sold through a realtor and paid mortgage penalties. So the sellers see it as a win for them.

These are advanced strategies, so I normally recommend people have a few regular rental properties and conventional transactions under their belts before embarking on the creative strategies journey.
That being said, learning opportunities such as this don't come along everyday. If I had learned these strategies from the outset, then when I was ready I could have pounced on a lot of opportunities. Plus, learning these strategies gives you an entirely new perspective on real estate in general, and opens your eyes to new possibilities.

Rod, as Sherilynn said, these are advanced strategies and can be a bit overwhelming.
We had a brand new investor attend the Toronto Focus Workshop, and he was struggling the first afternoon. But here's what he had to say afterwards:

Swim by “Getting in the Pool”

I attended the Toronto Rapid Cash Program seminar in February 2015. I wanted to learn about real estate but was completely new to investing. When the event started I quickly realized that I had jumped into the deep end of the pool and I wasn’t sure that I could swim. The terms that were being used were slightly over my head. I voiced my concerns and that’s when I met Donna McGuire an integral part of the TCP coaching team.

What can I say? Donna was simply awesome. She listened to me. She not only heard my concerns, but she understood them. How many times have you heard someone tell you, “I’m sorry you feel that way,” but they don’t really offer any true help? Not with Donna. There was no “take it or leave it”, with Donna. She offered multiple, REAL, solutions for me. They were tailored to my situation. Not only that, but Donna made it clear that she was going to do whatever it took to help me decide what was best for me. It wasn’t about getting money out of me. She genuinely wanted me to succeed in real estate investing. I was given the option to get my money back if I wanted to. There were truly no strings attached. Donna gave me her personal cell phone number and asked me to decide what I wanted to do.

With all the options Donna gave me that first afternoon, I went home and discussed it with my spouse. I made one of the best decisions of my life. I decided to continue in the seminar and take a journey outside of my comfort zone. I texted Donna and she replied, “However you approach, Barry and I are there for you.” And it was true. From the moment I walked in on Saturday, I could feel the support. Real, caring and sincere support. They remembered my concerns and made a real effort to connect with me and make sure I understood that they were there for me. I could ask them anything, anytime. All of the people at the seminar were very friendly. I was able to network with a group of people that will help me to go from thinking about investing to fulfilling my goals.

I have learned so much from this event. This program was about doing! We were given the theory behind each strategy and then encouraged to try it out. The coaches were always standing by with helpful advice and insightful answers to the most challenging questions. I now have a new tool box of strategies to take real estate investing to the next level.

I know that now that we are ready to make the RCP an active part of our strategy, Donna, Barry and the team will be there for us. These people are here to make it work for everyone. I truly believe that. I am really glad that I jumped into the deep end because I realized that a flotation device was there all along. I just needed to ask for it. Whether you are already a sophisticated investor or a complete newbie like me, this program is for you. I am thrilled to continue my real estate investment journey for the next six months with my personal team of coaches standing by!

Hi Rod:
You definitely won't regret it, as there are a couple of strategies within the course that I believe the new investor can do! There are multiple strategies and some that will take time sinking in between your ears , but it only takes one to at least make your money back and when that happens you'll be saying "Why don't everyone do this"?

If you can find a way go to the Vancouver event. I travelled from Edmonton to Toronto to take the course and it was well worth it. The advantage of being away from your hometown is that you can focus entirely on the event. There are no distractions!

All right All - it is time to book your Westjet flight (or your car :) ) and get to this.

I have been honoured to watch the results of this program on Members over the last year and frankly, all I can say is WOW. Those who actually put it into action (which is a large percentage of attendees) sure are creating some financial magic. The 6-month follow-up coaching makes such a difference. So it is not just one weekend event, it is hand-holding for 1/2 a year. That's worth it alone!

Do it, it is worth it. (and you KNOW I don't say stuff like this lightly)

WOW! I have been privileged to be a part of the Focus Team since the inception of this program, and it has been payback enough to see the results people have achieved. But it feels extra-special-amazing to have you praise the program, Don. Thank you!

Hi Donna,

My wife and I met you in Calgary last month and you mentioned about this program. We would like to attend this workshop in BC, however we are from Saskatchewan. Could we use those strategies mentioned in our province? I have read the introduction and says that it will be tailored to BC market so not so sure about it.
