If you are buying this property renovated from top to bottom, would you require the Seller/Owner (in Schedule A) for copies of permits granted by the City? What if the Seller/Owner comes back to you and said he did get permits and added a clause "selling the property as is". Is this a red flag? Would you still push through with the deal?
