Can a condominium property manager, on behalf of the condo board, force access to a unit for maintenance and charge back any expense associated with forcing that access to the unit owner?
For example, each owner in the complex receives a notice from the PM stating that a contractor will be...
If you've got a name and assuming it's not something common like James Smith, I'd start with 411 and see if the owner has a listed number. Plug the name into Google and into Facebook and see if something hits.
Also search for the address on Google. You might find an outdated listing or...
Hi Sonya,
I'm based in Edmonton and know first hand what it's like to have management worries.Feel free to call or text me at 780-907-4392 if you think I can be of assistance.

If the living room is larger than in comparable properties, really sell that in your ad and then in person. Take great pictures of the best features of your home and make them the highlight of you advertising.
Make sure the entire house is clean and that it shows well. Don't forget to shovel...

Thanks Brent.
QUOTE (gwasser @ Nov 30 2010, 01:08 PM) Lawyers are very expensive. Special resolutions are a pain but you can send them in writing; also you could try to combine it with an AGM where the `by-law` change is proposed in its full form.
So, I would first formulate what you exactly wanted within...
