Recently I had a milestone birthday that changed my life. I had not retired, rich and famous, at 33 and now I am well into middle age and asking myself “What am I doing all this for?” What’s more is that most Boomers are asking this question, feeling trapped and worried about having enough money for retirement.

My colleagues and I purchase properties in need of renovations for at least 15% below market value in the Edmonton area. We do the appropriate renovations to increase the value and then sell the house to an investor as a turnkey cash flow property or to the general public.
