2013 - Oshawa 9-plex - Thru a JV deal
2013 - Orillia bungalow for student rental
2014 - Oshawa legal 2-unit
As a realtor, over 70% of my business in 2013 was working with investors. My clients focused on 2-unit properties, student rentals, RTO deal, and a property as big as a 4 plex.
Besides REIN, I am an active member of Durham REI and Northumberland Landlord's Association. I have participated in the Savvy Investor Agent's Certification, Rich Dad Education, Lifetime Wealth Academy, Sunil Tulsiani & Robert Allen, and attended the last two Investor Forums.
