Carpet Cleaning - Edmonton Options

I was wondering if any members here have used any carpet cleaners in the Edmonton area besides Alberta Carpet & Furnace Cleaning? I had a bit of a disagreement on the phone with them, and Im wondering if it just cant be done any cheaper than what i've paid in the past. I was quoted $211 for 4 rooms and 2 flights of stairs. Although when they get there they usually try to get me for another $20 - $40 because some landing that I forgot to mention?

The other point of contention was that i have a side by side duplex wanted to do 1 side of the house completely and just the living room in the other side, (as there is a stain there). Anyway they wanted to charge me twice for this waste disposal and handling fee because its a seperate place.

Any recommendations would be great, even to get a seperate quote or for comparison sake - thanks.
