If you don't want a major reno in your life I would advise that you don't rent to this tenant. Poor Property Management + Poor Tenant = Renovation!

Thanks for the heads up. It takes guts to post someone's name up on a public forum. Google's spiders will pick it up and this post will most likely appear after some time, when someone googles his name. Your post is especially effective because the city is listed in the post
 As a property owner, I don't have a stance against exposing problem tenants because it saves us all time and money but you may be opening yourself up to more problems should Michael find your post. I did a search and assume the Michael you are speaking of is the 25 year old working in the trades ( Facebook and Blogger profile)? Otherwise, some poor guy with the same name may have trouble securing a place to rent. Can you please PM me the name of the property management who mishandled your case so I can avoid them?
